The client is responsible for verifying the current fee at the time of filing.
Payment Policy: All USA Pride Immigration, LLC initial service fees and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS ) or U.S. DEPARTMENT of STATE-BUREAU of CONSULAR AFFAIRS fees must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. We cannot submit any applications to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) or U.S. DEPARTMENT of STATE-BUREAU of CONSULAR AFFAIRS until payment has been successfully processed.
"Non-Refundable Fees: All fees associated with the initial consultation and application preparation are fully earned once services commence and are strictly non-refundable. Should the client terminate services with USA Pride Immigration LLC, or withdraw their application from U.S. Citizenship and Services (USCIS) or the U.S. Department of State- Bureau of Consular Affairs, these fees remain payable in full and will not be reimbursed, regardless of the timing of the withdrawal (including withdrawals within three calendar days of engagement)."
